Sunday School Classes and Small Groups
Do Drop In
Location: Conference Room
If you are interested in discipleship, Bible study, church history, better understanding of the Bible or doing service in-the community then come and join us in the Conference Room located in McMurry Hallway. Join us in a group that loves Jesus and in doing His Will in our church and the community.
Roberts Class
Location: Second floor adult education wing
Composed of adult men and women mostly in their 60s, 70s and 80s and once known as the Irion Class, this class has been in existence since the early 1960s, at least. Some members remember attending class in the old house on 8th Street before the purchase of the Paducah Junior College building and land, so before the addition of Igert Hall and the present building. We enjoy studying the Bible and applying what we learn to our lives. We are a supportive, loving community of believers. We renamed the class the Richard Roberts Sunday School Class to honor long time teacher and member, Richard Roberts, at his death.
John Wesley Class
(Young Adults)
Location: Second floor adult education wing
This group of young adults of twenty-somethings thru fifty-somethings use Bible studies from various authors, with a strong emphasis on scripture and its relevance to our daily lives. All are welcome!
Glory Days Class
(High School and College students)
Location: Second floor adult education wing, Room A205
Time: Sunday Mornings 9:30-10:20am
Leaders: Dave & Karyn Carroll
Glory Days is a fun and energetic journey to find truth through God’s Word applied to everyday living. We strive to make scripture relevant to the youth of today! This class uses a multimedia approach. Some of our favorite authors include Adam Hamilton, Max Lucado, and Frances Chan. We’ve recently been using Right Now Media’s Youth Road Map to guide our study calendar. We hope you will join us on this journey and invite a friend!
Women’s Small Groups
